Hoffenheim has achieved a convincing 3-0 win against Freiburg. Dietmar Hopp stood with tears in his eyes in the Hoffenheim dressing room just a few days after the end of the power struggle.
Club patron Dietmar Hopp showed an emotional reaction in the dressing room after the win. Sports boss Andreas Schicker described the moment: „It became very quiet when he entered the dressing room. Even though we had won 3-0, the players realized it was a special moment.“
The win against Freiburg is an important step for Hoffenheim. Andreas Schicker explains: „I have had a very good and close exchange with Dietmar Hopp since the beginning of my time here. He brought me here. Without him, none of this would be possible.“
Hoffenheim will continue to fight for success. Andreas Schicker is confident: „Generally, I'm doing well, but the past few weeks have been very intense, as my possible dismissal was in the air.
