TSG Hoffenheim welcomes Borussia Dortmund on Saturday for the first home match of the season with a host of new features for supporters. The game at the newly named SNP Arena kicks off at 15:30 CEST and comes after a losing start to the campaign.

Hoffenheim sits 12th in the Bundesliga with zero points and a -1 goal difference after one match. Against fifth-placed Dortmund on September 5th, the aim is to secure the first points and cut the three-point gap to leaders Bayern Munich. All details on upcoming matches are available on our fixtures page.

The official name of the home ground is now the SNP Arena. The Heidelberg-based sponsor took over the naming rights on July 1st. "Our home ground is now called the SNP Arena. The Heidelberg-based company has been the stadium's sponsor since 1 July," said TSG Hoffenheim. Also, the entire club will be kitted out by Italian manufacturer Macron this season. Another change concerns payment at kiosks, which is now exclusively cashless. A deposit of three euros is charged for cups and bowls, refunded via cashless payment.

A newly established Awareness Team is available for all visitors to the SNP Arena. It accepts anonymous reports of harassment, discrimination, threats, or other incidents. "If you experience any incidents of harassment, discrimination, threats or other issues, you can report them anonymously at any time," the club stated. Access to the reporting system is via a QR code or directly in the TSG app under 'saferspaces'. This measure aims to make the stadium experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

In collaboration with partner bella, the club is providing free menstrual products in all ladies' toilets throughout the season. The adjustments to the deposit system were announced on September 2nd, alongside the published travel information for the Dortmund match. The first home game is scheduled for September 3rd.
